Tabango is one of the towns in the Province of Leyte, situated at Northwest Part facing the vast Camotes Sea. 3 years ago we engage into sports tourism as one of our tourism products to promote our town, at the same time our recovery effort feom the devastation of Super Typhoon Yolanda. We organize the Tabango 515, the 1st Olympic Distance Triathlon in Eastern Visayas.

Our Mayor found it interesting especially now we are in so many programs in our campaign against illegal drugs. Even if we have limited budgetary requirement, we still pursue this time our 3rd triathlon this coming december 16 and 17, 2017 now with trikids on the 16th.

October 14,2017 (saturday) Bagtik tri-kids

9 and below boys and girls
10-13 boys and girls
14-16 boys and girls

Trikids age group relay: (please read below relay mechanics)

each members must come from the three (3) above age group categories. example: one relay member must come from the 9 and below age category... another relay member must come from the 10-13 age category... and the Last relay member must come from the 14-16 age category

October 15 (Sunday) Sprint and Standard Distance and Sprint relay

sprint Distance open relay (all men member...all women member...mixed men and women can qualify to join the sprint relay)

STANDARD , SPRINT DISTANCES AND RELAY MEMBERS AND PARENTS OR GUARDIAN OF TRIKIDS PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER DURING CLAIMING OF YOUR RACE KITS.

Race Kit Distribution Schedule

Trikids race kits will be distributed on the 13th of October 2017.at the city stage from 8:00 am to 5:00pm

please note: there will be no more distribution of race kits on the 14th october race day.. so be sure to get your racekits on the 13th October 2017

Adult race kits will be distributed on the 14th October from12:00noon to 6:00pm..

please note that there will be no more claiming of racekits on race day..
